The captcha times out within a few seconds, so if a customer clicks the I'm not a robot but then proceeds to type a long comment, the captcha times out. We've had several orders where a customer paid with PayPal, and PayPal processed the payment, but since the customer took too long on the comments, the captcha timed out and the customer did not complete the order- leaving us with a payment but no order details. This could possibly be avoided if the comments field was placed before the captcha. | ||||
