Summary	0000040: Send email regrading note when an order is placed.
Description	When someone adds an order note to an order, that note needs to be included in the email notifying us that the order has been placed. I don't look at the shopping cart with every order, and sometimes when I go to pack the order, I then see the note in the cart and it's too late to respond in some cases. This would be a big improvement. I hope you will consider adding it.
